What does "ordered before 12:00" mean?
If the order is paid and confirmed before 12:00 on a business day, we pick it the same day and hand it to the carrier. Within Estonia it arrives the next business day.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes, from the Peetri warehouse. Come once you've received the ready-for-pickup notice. For large or long items let us know in advance so we can prepare loading.
How do you ship long material?
We ship long and heavy material too — the method depends on length and weight, and the price is calculated at checkout. Over 6 m, contact us first so we can agree on the best option.
